The Seventh
A word for Israel, The Church and Mountain
Climbers.
Early
in the morning of December 2, 2002, The Lord spoke to me the words "Seventh
of Adar." As is often the case I had no idea what He was talking about so
I asked for the significance of this word. I became aware that it was a month
of the Hebrew calendar. He gave me further revelation as I studied and sought
Him about this word. The following is what I feel He is saying to us about the
year 2003(5763 Hebrew calendar) especially for the period of February 9- March
11.
Tradition
of the Hebrew sages states that the month of Adar is a month of joy, a time to
transition dread into joy. They say this is the time for power over an opposing
force and conquering of enemies both personal and national. It is a month of
victory. Many events in Hebrew history seem to bear this out. I believe that
God spoke this date to me to signify that He is again about to do some mighty
things on these dates.
According to Jewish history many things have
happened on the seventh of the month of Adar. Among them is the birth of Moses
a deliver of Israel. This was also the month that Haman calculated, by casting
Pur (lots), as being the month when he could destroy the Jews residing in
Persia. The tables completely turned on him and he was hanged and the Jews
were saved during this time. Ester 3:7. This was also the month that
the Macabees defeated the Syrian General Nicanor who vastly outnumbered them.
The year 2003
or the year 5763 is a leap year on the Hebrew calendar therefore has two
Adars. Adar 1 & Adar 2 both have the seventh day, one is February 9 the
other is March 11. This indicates double blessings during this time.
One of the most important occurrences to happen on
this day was the order to rebuild the wall in Jerusalem, which led to the
return of the Jews from Babylonian captivity and the rebuilding of the Temple.
This is probably the most significant part of the word for the church. I
believe that God is going to begin to return to the church the gifts and
powerful anointing that have been systematically removed over the centuries
through negligence and unbelief.
This returning of gifts to the church will be similar in
nature to the rebuilding of the Temple, walls and gates at Jerusalem. The walls
and gates were rebuilt even against tremendous efforts to stop the work and it
was accomplished in record time.( Ezra/Nehemiah ) The purpose in rebuilding the
walls and gates was to keep out their enemies so they could not sweep through and attack them.
The church has been in a similar
situation for many years where it seemed as if we had little or no protection from Satan's
attacks, mostly because we were unaware of his methods and tactics. We were
almost as vulnerable to Satans attacks as was Jerusalem to their enemies. But I
believe that in Feb./March of 2003 the Lord is going to begin to restore,
rescue and redeem.
I believe that starting on the 9th of February
through 11th of March He will begin to restore to the church the
things that Satan has stolen; Spiritual gifts, protection, discernment etc. mentioned in Joel chapter two as returning that which the locust has eaten.
The restoration of gifts will not be limited to this time peroid but awareness of their return will begin to increase dramatically.
Rescue us from the effects of Satan's attacks-redeem what
Satan has stolen from the church. Redemption as spoken of in Isaiah 42:6&7,
setting prisoners free from fear and bondage, both inside and outside the Church.
Another verse in Isaiah that is relevant to this time is
"A light shining in the darkness"-Isaiah 60:1&2-many Jews will
begin to seek a way to remove the barriers to holiness and may begin to get a
glimmer of understanding that they may have misunderstood about the Messiah.
This may be a time when they will begin to rethink their position about Jesus.

Seventh of Adar (February 9th-11th
of March)
I
believe that the year 2003 will be a year that will bring joy to Israel and the
church as well as tremendous trials, which we will learn to overcome. It will
be a time of transition from dread of a situation to joy over the unexpected
outcome. It will be a month of victory over some of our enemies both on a
national level and on a personal level. I believe that it is very likely that
during the months of Adar, Feb./March, that Saddam Hussein will no longer be a
threat to Israel. It is very possible that he will be as was Haman when he
tried to destroy the Jews and was destroyed himself. Ester 7:6-10. I don't know
to what extent he will be removed as a threat. He may be removed from power
completely or he may just get his hands burned and back off, either way he will
not be as much of a threat as he once was. ( See Footnote 1)
Beginning
in February, I believe the Lord will start to rescue, restore and redeem. Rescue
the church from the effects of Satan's attack and give us more discernment as
to when and where he plans to attack us both the corporate and local church as
well as personally. Restore the spiritual gifts of prophecy and healing. Redeem
many in Israel and set prisoners free as stated in Isaiah.
I
believe that throughout the year there will be a breakthrough in relationship
and fellowship among Christians. People will desire to make an extra effort to
relate to people other than their own church family or circle of friends.
Spiritual Mountain Climbers
It will be a time to "Look up for your
salvation draws near.
Many Christians will desire to go up the
Mountain of the Lord, to a deeper relationship with Him.
There will be a restoration of the spiritual
gift of discernment. Many will begin to fervently seek the Lord, and will find
"A light shining in the Darkness" We will find direction for our
lives, churches and ministries.
Turn left for ten days- It may seem that from March
11 through 21st that we are turning left rather than "right" or
continuing on straight but we will avoid ambush by listening to counsel from
those who are in tune with the times, seasons, places and territory and
following their advise. There is wisdom in the council of many friends-Proverbs
11:14 (See Footnote 2)
As
with all prophetic words these are conditional upon the response of those for
whom they is intended. Part of this word, especially those for nations, will
come about as intercessors pray and declare the word of God into the spirit
realm. Other parts are conditional upon the attitude of those in the Church to
whom God is offering the gifts, whether they are receptive or non receptive,
especially in the area of the nine spiritual gifts (1Cor.:12) as the body of Christ as a whole are
not familiar with them. Many in more traditional Churches may not even realize
what they are and what is happening but must trust God and ask for revelation
about their scriptural validity. He will supply. It is Gods desire to bless His
people. We must be receptive and actively anticipate the arrival of these
blessings, and then he will speedily send them.

Footnote 1--April 2003--While the start of the war was delayed past the seventh it did start in the month of Adar and from the begining Saddam was no longer a factor.
Footnote 2--April 2003-- The word about going left for ten days may have been hard to discern, but I believe it proved to be the fact that the Coalition forces went up the Left or west side of Iraq when conventional wisdom and all the News Media said we should attack and secure all the area between Kuwait and Bagdad (The middle or right side of Iraq). The militarys plan to skirt these areas and head straight for Bagdad ( Going to the Left) proved to be exactly the right strategy.
